Focused less on the grind and more on the message, our new website will pivot towards an educational framework providing all of the data, resources, and motivation that referees need to organize their own local grassroots unions to fight for higher pay and better treatment at the grassroots, high school, and small college level.
For updates, and to be included on bulletins sent out to our Union members in Southern California, we invite you to join our mailing list. Though most of our work offers will be specific to the Southern California region, many e-mails will feature economic data, negotiation tactics, and voting measures, that may galvanize unionization efforts wherever you officiate. Likewise, there is strength in our numbers and there is strength in our knowledge.
We hope to connect with referees all over the country, learn about your problems, your struggles, and see if we can work together to solve them.
For the future of our sport and for the next generation of officials, let's leave this craft in a far better place than where we found it.

While our site is getting rebuilt, we are still available for business. We continue serving dozens of recreational, municipal, scholastic, club, and travel ball leagues and tournaments throughout the Western States.
